Dr. B.L.Patil
Dr. B.L Patil holds a master degree in economics (Agriculture) from University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. He is currently working as Associate Professor in the Agricultural Economics Dept, in University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. He is having over 15 years of teaching, research and extension experience in Economics. He is also associated with development sector through active involvement in National Service Scheme of the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. He serves in boards of reputed voluntary organizations. He is currently serving as President of Board of SAMRUDHI Micro Fin Society.

Ms.R.Girija
R.Girija is a Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Sharada’s Women’s Association for Weaker Section (http://www.sharadamicrofinance.com/). Sharada Women's Association for Weaker Section is a not-for-profit organization registered in the year 1999 under the Andhra Pradesh (Telengana Area) Public Societies Registration Act; 1350F.She has over a period of 10 years of experience in Microfinance domain. She has attended number of seminars, workshops on Microfinance conducted by various organizations like FWWB, Sa-Dhan etc. Mrs. R.Girija holds a bachelor degree in arts with specialization in rural Development. She is currently serving as Vice President of SAMRUDHI Micro Fin Society.

Mr.Sanju Kumar, Founder & CEO :
Sanju Kumar has over 5 years of work experience in developmental and microfinance. He worked with leading microfinance institute in Karnataka. Before starting SAMRUDHI Micro Fin Society, he had acquired knowledge about poverty issues, developed sensitivity to respond to social injustice & poverty around him and most importantly a craving for developing deprived communities such as women, children, and special children. His experience with the poor families gave him an insight into and helped him develop an understanding of poverty issue as well as the importance of community work. He realized that one-time charitable grant may help in the short-term, but will not make a long-term impact in the lives of poor people. Before establishing SAMRUDHI, he has seen operations of different organizations having operations in various methodologies. Sanju holds a bachelor degree from University of Agricultural Science, Dharwad. Presently, he is the CEO of SAMRUDHI Micro Fin Society.

Mr.Giridhar Kolanupaka
Mr. Giridhar Kolanupaka is a software engineer having over 9 years of experience in verification and validation of Embedded Software and Hardware In the Loop real-time applications. He worked with various software firms both in India and USA. He is a volunteer and board member to various organizations working for women empowerment, child education etc. He is actively involved in a project’ From Suicide to Self-Reliance in Nijambad, AP and Asha for Education. Currently, he is working with Danlaw Technologies India Ltd as a team leader. Giridhar holds Masters Degree from Tennessee Technological Univ., Cookeville, TN, USA. He brings in his vast technological experience to deploy computer based Management Information System to scale up SAMRUDHI’s operation. Presently, he is serving as Joint Secretary of SAMRUDHI Micro Fin Society.

Mr. Shadrak
Shadrak holds a Bachelor degree in arts from Gulbarga University. He has two years of work experience in a leading micro finance institution in Karnataka. He served in different parts of Karnataka state. Shadrak is also associated with development sector through active involvement with various NGOs.

Mr.Ashok
Ashok is an experienced development worker in microfinance industry and currently working with a leading MFI in Karnataka from past two years. He has been a seasoned community organiser with exposure to women’s SHG groups, thrift and credit management and community organisation. Ashok holds a bachelor degree in Arts and Law from Gulbarga University. Ashok will help us in handling legal issues with various Govt and Non Govt. agencies for smooth functioning of the organisation.

Ms. Esther
Ms.Esther holds a Diploma in Education from Belgum University. She is currently working with an NGO as a community organizer and closely working with women’s issues such as gender issues, strengthening of democratic values, and participation of women in the local government etc.
